I don't know these past couple times I threw up it was bile and that shit burns like hell.

I think it's worse than throwing up sometimes

I remember those moments. I made sure before I got in the car I drank peppermint tea and made sure I had plastic bags in the car at all times

That happened to me >_< I had to go pick my daughter up from daycare and had a stomach virus. Had to pull over and throw up on my way there

I forgot to take my nausea medicine last night. won't be doing that again. at least I have the blue hospital vomit bags handy.

carry saltines in your car and a paper bag less if you drink caffeine limit it and drink water or eat watermelon. I drink two cups of coffee in the morning and then lots of water. I also find an exercise routine before driving to work lessens the sickness.
