Omg I feel you, had contractions the other night with back pain just like it, it's hell. Breathe breathe breathe and watch a comedy or something and keep moving and stretching or singing whatever disturbs you from the pain. Swing your hands, lean against the wall, just do something don't be concentrating on the pain. You need massage too to stimulate endorphins - if you have someone to massage your butt while you kneeling (seriously) it helps
