What's helps thin out more besides sex and pinapples I have done everything and going on 11 hrs with 2 to 4 min contractions and back labor but won't thin out or dilate. 😢😢talk about pain😢😢 back labor is NO JOKE

@rykerp15, Damn that sucks. I know those contractions hurt so much! They hurt me more than giving birth once you get the epidural its all better tho. Try taking Tylenol, that helped me. Hang in there mama it'll be time soon☺

They don't keep u here unless ur 4cm dilated @lovey_0421 but this pain fn sucks it's killing me and I don't feel any different besides they are stronger but they have been coming ever 2 to 4 min.
I think you will be going soon! I was like that I had contractions and cramps for 2 days straight . I went to l&d and was only 1 cm dilated and 70 effaced so they sent me home. 2 days later I went in at 3am because contractions were 3-5 mins apart I had them all day that day and couldn't take it anymore. when I got there I was 3 cm dilated and they kept me. they broke my water for me 5 hours later and then they gave me piticin when I was 8 cm dilated to speed things up so I would go soon an maybe they'll do that to you.
Walk walk walk! And If you need some pain relief try sitting in a warm bath. It was the only thing that helped in that time of early labor. Good luck!

I was 1 cm and 0 effaced water broke went straight to hospital and was already a 3
try pumping I did for a couple of minutes at 39 weeks and my water broke immediately after

@seleneromanortiz12, mine hasn't stopped even in a bath, massage, nothing. I have cried so dam much and I'm not the crying type, and also have high pain tolerance

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
