Have any of you mamas encapsulated your placenta?? I'm considering doing it but it's soooo…

I've thought of it too but the price is something to think about. It's too much.

I found a place local to me that's $200. I'm considering doing it myself. Don't know how to dehydrate without a machine though. :/

I am! I found step by step instructions to do it at home let me see if I can find it in my phone. It sounds gross but it's basically steam it bake it grind it. Once it's baked it's completely dried out and you can put it in a coffee grinder and from there can capsule it. Don't let anyone do it for you! I've heard good and bad things from it but it is always best to know there is nothing else added. Completely natural is best :)

what's the benefit of doing this?

It's supposed to minimize your chances of pp depression, makes pp bleeding less, gives you more energy, the list goes on.
