since 3:00 been feeling period like cramping. Now I feel same thing and nausea. The baby is also moving so much it feels tight, like if she's twisting. Think I need a hot bath and some cold water.

never felt her move this much at once. fir along period of time

my doctor told me when i felt that it was a contraction..and since yesterday is the only way i can tell im having a contraction because i feel no pain @kimmygarrett85
