breakfast of a queen beast 💪2 eggs with one yolk scrambled in chicken breast, oregano and baby spinash with mustard on top and a slice of 100% wheat bread , half a glass of grapefruit juice and a bottle of water...Sadly Some Junk food might taste good but it ain't good and it definitely won't get you the body you want 🙅 💪

amen sista!! ive been changing my foot diet i have some days that i wanna give up and sontimes i stumble but i see results n i get excited :D

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
