That's what I've been told as well. No I've given up running now, it gives me a stitch like pain across my tummy and aggravates my SPD :( I do uphill power walks though and still do everything else, just less weight and softer resistance. Although saying that my sister was due yesterday and went for a 3 mile run this morning! She's been like a machine throughout her whole pregnancy! And she's got a 5yr old and a 1yr old to look after! I'm the same as u though, sometimes I just can't be bothered! Lol x

Arghh thought it was just me. I was advised that exercising was good for myself and the baby. Just dont do anything you didnt do before pregnancy. Can you still run at your stage? I power walk...I cant be bothered to run lol

@mizzguyana, Yes!!! I hate it!! If I go to a yoga class people comment on how great I am for keeping up with it and how well I'm doing ... The second I get on the treadmill or pick up the weights I get people staring at me like I'm the worst person in the world! :( x
