for moms who pump and use formula how many times a day do you pump and for how long and how much do you get each time?…

well they say to pump every 3 hrs but we don't always have time for that so just pump whenever u have time or feel ur boobs full but try not to have long breaks cuz u will be making less and less each time u wait too long

just pumped and this is what I got... a little over 3oz and a little over 4 :)

You need to pump every 2-3 hours to maintain supply if you're exclusively pumping.

this is just 2 weeks of pumping... at the beginning I wasn't making much either
