So I am 25 weeks and standing up after I sit for a longer period of time or just waking up I have really painful stretching feeling down below. (Like the lower abdomen pelvic area) is this normal? Sorry FTM. 😕
if there is no bleeding then it sounds like you have round ligament pain I get it too in my lower abdomen whenever I get up in the morning especially. it's your body stretching to make room for the baby or babies in your case :) I'd bring it up to your doctor but I think your fine
yes it's round ligament pain. mine gets so bad it brings me to tears. it's worse if you sneeze, cough or make sudden movements.
