I threw up my whole pregnancy and I had a boy but with my first boy I didn't get a lot of morning sickness so I guess it just depends. I go based on cravings sometimes, like with boys you usually crave fresh fruit salads usually healthy stuff and with girls the opposite. Also they say when you have boys, a woman looks her best and with girls the opposite, they say your princess is taking mommys beauty! :)
