My family keeps asking when I'm gonna let the baby come have a sleepover with them and honestly I can't even imagine a night without my son. Idk when I'm gonna be able to give him up for a night. If I even go to the store for an hour, I'm constantly thinking about the baby and wanting to get back home to him ASAP! Is this normal lol

@Jomommaclark, I do I think they just want to let us have a night to ourselves while they take the baby for us. But I'm just not ready! Lol
@alicia3_18, lol your not crazy! My in laws always tell me to let them know when I need a break and they will watch him but no matter how tired i am I want him with me lol
@sammie_bell, I can picture my son being that old and me still saying no! Lol glad I'm not the only one who feels like this
@dovejazz ya your right cause sometimes I feel pressured like they make me feel bad about not wanting to. But at the end of the day he's my son and what I say goes!
mine says this too. but yeah I don't like taking a shower while someone else watches him lol maybe I'm crazy
my son is 3 and still dont sleep over anywhere i cant sleep with out him home and i dont think ill let him any time soon so yes its normal
I think it's normal too. And especially cause he's still a newborn. Laaaaterrr will be okay I'm not sure when that would be lol and probably not to stay overnight or anything but just for few hrs maybe. And don't feel bad no matter what they say or how they feel
@Jomommaclark, that's a really good idea but I live with my in laws so I'll have to wait till I get my own place lol they'd be so tired after one night with him!

tell them to come sleep at your house of they want to take care of him at night lol.
For sure I'll be good when she sleeps through the night for a months l month straight probably and not breastfeeding anymore! But luckily I live litetally right down the street grin them @mmora

It's normal, I don't mind if they watch my daughter but like you I check on her all the time, even when my husband/her father keeps her but my biggest fear of someone keeping her overnight is they are going to get in a deep sleep and not hear her cry and she would starve,
