I worked at a daycare and I loved the babies like they were my own. I say at home for insurance reasons but my mom always told me she enjoyed working. It gave her a chance to miss her kids and when she was with us she made the time count. Quality not quantity! !!

Girl don't feel bad my baby will be just shy of two months when I return to work and my mom got sick so more than likely my baby will be in someone's day care as well I ain't shamed because I will be able to ensure a decent roof over our head and she will get any and everything she needs and I want her to have. It's nice to be able to stay home but my mom always worked and I went back to work when my first was 5 months I didn't miss out on too much screw what those ppl say to each her own

It sucks that you had to put him in daycare so that you can work and it doesn't make you any less of a parent; I have respect for any mother who has to work and be away from her child- with that being said the way you said this felt a little rude to me, just because us stay at home moms don't have to go out of the house to work doesn't mean we just sit around at home. I bust my butt at home raising my daughter. Yes we are fortunate however we've given up a lot of luxuries that we simply can't afford on 1 income so that I could raise our daughter.

you have to do what you have to do to support your family. I did too. it's not easy but in this day it often takes two incomes.
