So I'm 38 weeks pregnant almost 39 and I'm either having really strong braxton hicks or real contractions that I can just take. They're frequent I've had 6 In the past 15-20 minutes. Do you ladies think they're BH or real contractions? They're strong and uncomfortable .

@forever_1127, sorry for the late reply, I've been timing my contractions and they're 5 mins apart bit weird that they're not hurting so much. probably not the real deal but how are your contractions? Are they very painful?

My doctor says to time them if you have them atleast every 5 mins in one hour to call labor and delivery or just go in bc they are real contractions thats how you would tell the difference
I would call labor n delivery and tell them and no mine are not painful but i feel them in my back and ive been reading that some people with back labor doesnt feel the pain right away!! But my pain feels like menstrual cramps but a lil more intense
