I need some help! I'm 16 weeks now and I don't want to gain to much weight. All I want to eat is fried food or breakfast stuff like pancakes. I had been sick for 5 weeks with all day sickness but I am getting better now. Any tips?
I will be 25 weeks tomorrow and so far I've only gained about 5 pounds (baby and I are both healthy) and like @butterflymommy said I also eat like a pig lol don't worry too much (:
I didn't start gaining any weight till I was 23rd weeks. I just kept losing it. so I wouldn't worry
n instead of pancakes try making fruit smoothies or a small breakfast like 2 eggs and bacon (I use turkey bacon)
