@ryans_mommy14, Thank you! he was born at 36w3d, so he's a late preemie they said. My daughter was a 30 weeker, so he's come along way!

@isabellasmommy2015, it's tape like if a baby is on oxygen or something. My son had the same thing

it's some kind of tape they put on to keep his oxygen tube in place when he had it. They took it off already though. @isabellasmommy2015
