My first daughter didn't need anything to help with gas, but my 4 week old does... she was so fussy and gas drops really helped. I don't give it to her all the time though.

I think it can help some babies but isn't necessary for all babies. My sons never had issues passing gas so it didn't build up in his stomach and cause an ache.

Babies tend to have a lot of has build up and it makes them fussy. The gas drops help to relieve their gas bubbles.. I used mothers gripe water for my daughter and i loved it
