Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

Has anyone ever had contractions brought on by bouncing on their gym ball?

So contractions hadn't made much of a difference so I've had the gel. Let's hope this works 😭

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

@parkers_mommy for some it works I hope it does for me... it doesn't put u in labor but it helps soften cervix, helps with tearing
