first night taking Epo... had contractions and can tell he dropped even more... took one orally had light contractions... doing another insert today with two pills...
also I walk a mile a day
Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
So contractions hadn't made much of a difference so I've had the gel. Let's hope this works 😭
Has anyone ever had contractions brought on by bouncing on their gym ball?
How many haven't really had any contractions an have been induced?..
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

@parkers_mommy for some it works I hope it does for me... it doesn't put u in labor but it helps soften cervix, helps with tearing
