37+4 today and really struggling to sleep:-( my pelvic bones are hurting and I can't find comfortable position to sleep......anyone else experiencing the same problem? If so how are you coping ? X

Thanks! Yh Im bathing every night to relax the constant braxton hicks lol! I've heard that If you sit up and sleep its more comfortable but I could never sleep sat up. might be worth a try x
@lauralou1991, I have read that warm baths help to relax the muscles so try it, might help x
@elisabetesantos, yes I do have one of those pillows but yet struggling to find comfortable position :-(
Yup and im only 18 weeks :/ them body pillows are really helpfull! x

Co sleeping...yay or nay? Lately Molly hasn't want to sleep in her crib and sleep with us. Which is fine but we do want her to sleep in her crib
