So my daughters pedi said to give my lo 6ml of amoxicillin 2 times a day she’s a doc and I’m sure it’s fine but I’ve never heard of this before ? She’s only 6 weeks

Tinley’s ear is just getting worse 😭.

They gave her amoxicillin, but that’s it.

Her pediatrician told me that if she got a fever to bring her in or take her to the ER.

She had a fever of 101 last night and they literally just gave her Motrin and sent her home. 🙄.

I hate seeing her in so much pain, and not sleeping.

Update! I had baby seen at the hospital yesterday. They took his temperature & it was 101.1 f. They gave him Tylenol, checked his ears, which They detected an ear infection. (Red & swollen) They checked his nose which was so stuffed. They washed it out with saline.

The doctor prescribed him with amoxicillin 4mL every 12 hrs. Well...... he took it last night at 7pm! It went well. He slept all night. Fever is gone. But when I changed his diaper in the morning , he had a rash on his private part. ...

Has anyone had to take amoxicillin for a uti while pregnant ? I started taking it and now been having extreme back pain that feels like a kidney infection :( they switched me to Cephalexin but in the mean time I guess I’m just worried.
