I would say then don't get it. Be as strong as u can! That labor is temporary. Just ask the doc if u tore to apply a numbing cream so u won't feel the stitching

They tried inserting epidural twice on me but I had a spinal block. I guess because my hips are uneven from a major accident I had years ago but I'm glad I had no meds in my system because the healing process was amazing and I knew when to push so I didn't tear a lot

@jadon, nope, no meds. I found it was easier to push without meds. It took only 5 pushes and my baby was born 😊

@jadon, I agree with @mmmirage, the pain is insane but it goes away instantly after the baby is born. I suggest laboring as much as home and going to the hospital when your contractions are unbearable. I ended up going to l&d at 9 cm so everything went very fast.

During labor . U will want to give up but trust me. It's worth the pain. I wasn't able to walk around a few hrs later Nd I have no pain at all afterwards
