I had it for 2 years. I barley bled when I first got it maybe 2 weeks and never got my period after that. I loved mine until I got a abnormal pap but that's only because my body can't handle the constant and the level of hormones that are in it and cause me to get so many cysts but they are harmless. and cleared basically up. removal suckered but it was my Dr's 1st removal
I had the Implanon for about 2 1/2 years....it has been the most effective birth control I have ever had...but my period was so irregular. It didn't become regular again until I got it taken out. Now my sister had hers just as long as me and she didn't have a problem with her period exactly hers stopped completely and every once in a while she would spot.

I'm getting it on Wednesday !! My younger sister has it and it's worked so far

My friend did and she bled for like 6 months straight then she would get maybe 3 days off and then start again. But everyone is different @mdomke22

She hasn't had any bleeding problems but she also hasn't had any kids...dunno if that'll affect it or not...

I was on the nuvaring because I would forget. You just have to take it out on the 25th and put a new one in on the 1st
