20 is great. they say between 25-30 is what's expected. I've gained over 35 already which is the most I've weighed with all of mine and I'm only 28 weeks:(

20-35 lbs but it all depends on your weight pre pregnancy. Like if ur overweight you'de want to gain less than that.. Underweight = more.

I certainly can't waittttt to go back to hot yoga and sculpt classes after she arrives! Haha. I have a while yet though. It's just so hard to say "no" to icecream and chips every day! 😣

oh I know! I work in a kitchen at senior living facility and we have ice cream and cookies and desserts all the time and amazing food it doesn't help either when I'm cooking because I just make food so much lol @jennatess

I really hope the same thing happens with this one. I seriously have no clue how I'm gaining it so fast :( I eat the same as before.
