melatonin and 6w pregnant??? read different things online.. i have 1mg tabs... i have bad insomnia and i dont want a perscription... my nipples have been crazy sore too on an unrelated note... lol

My mom always takes some sort of sleeping pill and when she was pregnant with my little brother thats the only thing she was allowed to take. Its a vitamin and they even have a cough syrup for babies with melatonin, IMO it does no harm! :)

I take Tylenol pm or unisom but I really don't like unison makes me have awful restless legs. but my on said both were fine to take I also have awful insomnia and they don't always help

I'm so glad I happened to come across this post! I livedddd on Melatonin before I was pregnant. So happy to hear I can take it from time to time now. 💤

I was taking melatonin right before I got pregnant and the doctor told me to stop taking it. But when I was 39 weeks the hospital gave me benadryl which works better imo
