Yes it's fine to take paracetamol throughout pregnancy, that's the only thing you can take unless your doctor prescribes you with something you need such as antibiotics etc.... Can't take codeine, ibuprofen or anything unless your doctor tells you otherwise
I was given dyhydrocodein while pregnant for my braxton hicks they said its okay as long as i only used them when i was in pain and only one with one paracetamol
