advice: I am 16 weeks today and I have very sore ache in both hips and my lower back whenever I stand up and walk... what could this be and what can I do to help it?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
What the hell has happened on here? What with all the drama, all I have managed to find is that someone has said somebody is lying about being pregnant wtf ...... What the hell is going on 😐
What nationality am I guys getting my results tonight or tomorrow

I always think a nice warm bath/shower is a cure for everything! when you sleeping or resting put a pillow under your back for support x

could be the start of spd or it could just be your body getting ready for your bones relaxing and moving x

thank you @lauralou1991 , I don't think it's anything bad I just wanted to know what I could do to help it I suppose :) causing me lots of pain when I walk :( iv got an appointment in a couple of days so I'll talk to my midwife about it x
