I love my birth control! It was pretty bad the first month from constant bleeding but after that first month it's been wonderful. it hasn't effected my mood, I lightly spotted for a few days when that time of the month rolled around, I don't have to remember a pill every day, a shot every few months or get a painful vaginal implant. The nexplanon is a great birth control & I highly recommend it if you're thinking about birth control options.
I'm kind of losing hair but since my hair is so thick it's actually helping my hair. I would have to go get it cut like every 6 weeks. @iloveyou
@nessa524, my hair has gotten thicker since I've had it! I was losing my hair when I was pregnant
Have you lost hair with the Nexplanon? @iloveyou
I think the inplanon is now the Nexplanon..I think?? I may be getting my birth controls mixed up lol. @rykerpmommy
its really good I got mines January 9th the symptoms bother me but its great .
Ya I have had the marinna and I will Never get that again ever it broke inside me and it was just bad, I may give it another try(the inplanon) or just stick with condoms lol.
@jellybeansmommie, every woman is different. just do some research before you count it out. I did a boat load of research before deciding. @rykerpmommy you could always give it another chance or get a vaginal birth control or the patch.
I had it and liked at 1st then hated it I couldn't stop having my period and I mean sometime it went a month. idk what im.going to do after baby. bc I can't do really anything else:/
but I hate the no period thing. I feel like it's unnatural to not have a period unless you're pregnant. so that would be the only thing that I don't like about it.
my doctor told me it was okay to breastfeed while using this birth control@jellybeansmommie
I'm breastfeeding so I need a non hormonal bc but I was seriously considering it.
@nessa524, so do I! best birth control out in my opinion 😊
the put a 4 cm stick in your upper arm & it works for 3 years. they numb the area before putting it in & its only sore for a few days. I personally love it @stunninqx33 I did a lot of research on it before getting it. I'm just happy with no periods!
I been off my birth control pills since April this year
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Every month ...
Every month my ttc mind tricks me into thinking I feel bloated, have light cramps and sore boobs. Every month I convince myself that my 'symptoms' are much stronger than the last. Every month I spot for a few days before my AF, yet convince myself that I'm still pregnant, even though I know that AF is definitely on her way. Every month I spend the entire tww convincing myself that this is my month. Then every month, stupid AF shows up right on time. Who'd have thought it would b...
Birth control recommendations!? NOT THE DEPO SHOT. Doctor brought up birth control options at my last appointment but I just don't know which one!
The only thing I don't like is I got it February 23 and I just now stopped bleeding today. I've lost weight too which is good because I need to lose weight but bad since I already bought my wedding gown and I don't have enough time to alter it @iloveyou and it's weird because I'm always hungry but yet I'm losing weight.
