I lost 34 pnds between Feb 2 and now... I breastfeed only.

@lunab592, thats what I've heard that it helps alot to lose weight. Maybe I just overate thats why I didnt lose weight😂. This time Im also going to breastfeed but definitly look after what I eat. And what I did wrong was I always ate my sons leftovers when he didnt eat his whole food(when he was 1-2years old). Thats like the worst thing u can do😂, specially if u eat ur own food and ur kids leftovers.

I think I lost 22lbs after my c-section. Long time ago. Dont remember but the rest was so difficult to lose. I never lost it all until now 8years later for I got pregnant again😂. This time I have a mission to lose it all in a short time cuz Im motivated. Oh by the way I breastfeeded my son almost 2years. So it didnt work for me losing weight if u breastfeed.

I was 129lbs before I was pregnant, went up to 180ish when I went to the hospital & I was there for a while before I gave birth so u was at about 200lbs because of all the IV I was on. When I left the hospital with my son I was at 178lbs

I gave birth March 18th

I lost 20+ lbs the day she was born, (I had extra water and my daughter was over 9 lbs). then I lost all but 10 lbs within 4 months.
