I know that's how I was with my oldest two. I just gave up. but maybe if she don't latch you can just pump.

This, tricked helped me alot so take the areola of you nipple and pretty much smash it forward in between 2 fingers. so it looks like a cigarette between them. So when your baby opens her mouth she will get more for a better latch. hopefully I decided it right lol My mother in law showed me this and it helped so much I only had to do it for like a week and now she is a pro lol
