BTW I think your belly is cute! I hope my belly looks that cute :)
@jomommaclark, i had it done. It's recommended when your over 35 cuz I'm at higher risk for having a baby with down syndrome. But everything came back fine. Wouldn't have mattered to us either way, but it's nice to know.
Ya like I thought about it cuz I'm like that but I just didn't wanna get a False positive lol plus they check at 20 week appointment so Ya I totally get being prepared though.
@junebaby, I'm the type of person that wants to know everything.
I did it just so we could prepare ourselves and our kids if something was wrong. I wouldn't have aborted either way.
yeah I would not do an abortion either. although if they're is something there if like to know so we can prepare our even fix the issue as early as possible. my two nieces had defects. both have had them repaired and are doing good.
I didn't. I don't see the point because I would never get an abortion. That's why they do it. I mean I guess you could prepare but I also know someone who said there was something wrong with the baby and then the baby was totally fine. I didn't wanna worry about it 😊
they do the test when testing for other things. when they called with results I had to ask what the gender was.
@annabanana2005xx, did they automatically do the gender test or did you ask for that? @romdee I forgot to tag you in my response above.
did you find out the sex of the baby then? how far along were you?
yes. they tell you the sex and if they find any odd chromosones
