Post partum depression has hit 😭 was really hoping I wouldn't get depressed after Michael was born

@palmerwifey yess theyre getting used to outside life but still its hard and frustrating, if you ever need to talk I'm here! I hope you feel better soon though :(

I love them both but those girls were definitely on a trip they needed naps desperately lol well that makes sense he's going from the nice warm womb to the harsh outside world everything is new to him @alicia91

@palmerwifey UGH girl don't you hate that??? I had 2 little cute monsters, I was babysitting like a month ago and then plus mine. I wanted to pull my hair out they were so loud and kept scaring my baby when he was asleep, he would wake up screaming ugh pissed me off so much and just messed up his schedule and he was just cranky all day! And yeah thats why they fight it or at least what I was told and it makes sense because when he gets sleepy his eyes get all red and puffy, its the first thing I notice lol. They just don't know that by closing their eyes theyll stop hurting lol.

Lol I never understood why he fights sleep so hard he's not missing anything by sleeping @alicia91 what's even worse is we were watching my nieces and they would throw temper tantrums everytime I got him to sleep and he'd wake up screaming all over again

@palmerwifey I completely understand that too. Sometimes they go through these growth spurts and they eat like crazy. I didnt breastfeed but he chugs down formula too. And honestly theres nothing wrong with letting them cry a little, babies are sooo smart!!! If you let him take control, he will. Like if hes fed, burped, clean, etc etc then you can just leave him in his swing and let him cry a bit. Sometimes their eyes hurt when they're sleepy just like ours do but they just know they hurt they don't know why lol

I have no idea he wanted to be latched on all day and refused to be held by anyone else usually he's such a terrific child but I desperately needed a break @alicia91 I hope he's not as clingy today I don't think I can handle two days of it in a row

@palmerwifey awww girl it is so frustrating sometimes, I had that feeling too!!! The crying sometimes gets to be too much, and you just don't know whats wrong. Your mom instinct kicked in though because you didn't do it. Could his tummy be upset or is it that he just wants to be latched onto you?

Thanks I thought I could handle it on my own but early this morning I found myself wanting to shake the baby because he wouldn't stop screaming I had to put him down and take a breather @alicia91 it scared me to think I almost hurt my baby without even realizing it 😰
