I'm 35+ 5 days and in labor at my hospital any baby born before 36 weeks go straight to the nicu. any other moms have that happen and if so how long were they there? I'm a mess thinking about my baby not coming home with me!

you should be fine, I had my son about 3 or 4 weeks early and he was perfectly fine.

I've always been measuring ahead by like 2-3 weeks so hopefully that helps . but no idea I was just laying on the couch and my water broke!

I think it will be fine your baby should weigh close to 6lbs & baby organs are all in full function. Prayers for u and baby that all goes well! Good luck! What cause your labor btw?

it really just depends on the baby's weight and how well the baby can breathe and eat. I've seen babies born six weeks early weighing almost five pounds and come home within a few days. others have to stay a week or two but not usually more than a few days if all goes well. good luck to you. I'm sure baby will be just fine.

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now.
