Started working out and dieting ! It sucks! Working out not so bad but dieting blows lol especially with breastfeeding I just wanna eat the refrigerator lol But I gotta get some of this weight off.

@january10th right ! I eat so much more now and I am still hungry lol I downloaded an app my fittness pal to help track calories because I do not want my milk to dry up but I need to drop some weight soon rawr! My problem is carbs I love love pasta, bread, rice ahhhhhh
girl I feel the same way! so far I've cut out MacDonalds & all that junk food no pop only water & green tea but man its soo hard!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
