what side (if any) does everyone mostly sleep on?? I alternate, yet I try and sleep on my left side more, but my right side is more comfortable.😕😏
I keep seeing posts about not sleeping on your right side but to sleep on your left??? I am wayyyy more comfortable and use to my right then my left...I don't understand why I shouldn't be???
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
I'm 20 weeks and 6 days. It's really difficult to sleep at night.. I know I can't sleep on my back or stomach without getting uncomfortable, so I sleep on my sides. Now I have this problem where my entire side ( left or right) goes completely numb.. It's frustrating because I'm a full time waitress and I lose almost all my sleep due to my sides going numb. Anyone with the same issue or is something wrong??
tattoo mommies let me see your sweet tattoos this is my right arm its a rose vine going around my arm and on my forearm i have two owls in love connected to it . on my left side of my belly I have a dragon ;)

I can't sleep on either of my sides anymore because my rib pain gets to much! I have to sleep on my back with a pillow just under my right hip so not laying on the major vein to the heart! :)

@milz-grace, yes that's what I do. I find it difficult to get comfy. Hopefully, this new mattress might help. 😁😁👌

I change from left to right can't get very comfy anymore because of the size and strain.
