Yeah I know what you mean. lol pI don't hold my nose but it's easier for some people if they hold their nose. it really is easy to drink!. @missj_stephens

@naturaliianej, honestly i disnt wven have to hold my nose it was so easy. Too easy. idk why ppl said it was so bad i didn't see anything bad about itm just tasted like flat soda which i can only have anyway lol

it gets easier to drink after you've done it a couple of times. I got use to the taste after I had my second child. Best way is to drink it really fast and hold your nose. lol

Good luck ! I got so light headed and sick they had to put me in a room and I had to lay down. But they waited 3 hours before giving me mine and I was starving again by the time they gave it to me.
