I have the nexplanon which is the bar in your arm. it didn't hurt to get and I'm not noticing any side affects. I just started my period. (I'm on day3) but it's not crazy heavy or anything

I hate all of it. I had complains and side effects I couldn't stand to love with. condoms and tracking ovulation I thick is pretty reliable.

the Mirena. my doctor had said the bleeding could last for a bit because it is thinning your lining out all the way. it might have been a bit longer than two weeks for me but I can't remember. I was just happy because my periods before we're so horrible and painful.

I have the IUD its the best birth control method I've been on the one I have last 5 years and I don't have to remember to take a pill at the same time every day. if u r like me and r forgetful I'd advise the IUD

I loved my iud. I cramped and bled a little for first couple of weeks but then I had just very light periods after that.
