The devil is in my home mommies I've seem it for myself I had sleep paralysis twice within 1 hour and he showed himself lord have mercy, call me crazy I haven't slept at all besides that hour. I haven't gotten sleep paralysis since 2009 when I was in a very very bad space in my life and I saw it then too!

so sorry to hear that sounds scary
it's very scary because it feels like u have no control over your body. but pray and rebuke the devil and declare that you are a child of the most high God and he will have no choice but to flee. Praying for you to sleep comfortably tonight and for the nights to come Amen
