when did yu moms with a c-section start doing light work out and start going to the gym I'm 4 weeks pp and I jus cannot wait but I don't want to open anything trying to look better .
You can start going to the gym for a light workout after 6 weeks. That's what my doctor told me, I recently just started my workouts & I'm almost 3 months pp. taking care of a newborn, working, cleaning, cooking & paying bills has taken all my energy & motivation.
