arrggghhhhh up all night with pains!!! sometimes I really can't tell if it's false labour or real labour. They are really bad, then they stop!! So fed up!!! 😈

Really thought I was in labour during the night, woke up in absolute agony. Braxton Hicks are not supposed to be painful, mine are just like labour pains! 😩😭
anyone suggest what i could do to self induce labour? tried laps around the block, up and down the stairs, silly labour dances, a hot curry and bounce on the ball as much as i can, really frustrated just want to see her beautiful face
