these shoyld be your best friends lol they have a lot of iron in them "Beans, spinach, beats," I had the same problem so I ate iron rich food and took iron pills and you should be fine.

@leahsky, Not enough iron caused you to pass out? Cause lately I've been passing out a lot?

Yeah before I was pregnant I was extremely anemic and I would pass out. Or even get headaches everymorning as soon as I would wake up. So my Dr. had me take iron pills before I would go to sleep. &since; your going through this while your pregnant it's probably worse since the baby is taking all your nutrients.

@leahsky, Before i got pregnant i was perfectly fine. Nothing was wrong. But now that i'm prego I'm having complications. My dr said that it was a little anamic so i guess it wasn't that bad but still because im passing out ;/

No I Never Actually Pass Out But I Get The Feeling Of Being Really Hot No Matter What Wheather I'm In And I Feel As If In Gonna Pass Out If I Don't Lay Down Or Lean In Something . @cynthiaa

@05twonine15, Thats what happens to me. I get really hot all of sudden, my shoulders starts to hurt & thats when i know im about to pass out. Everything just gets blurry & dark :/ Its An awful feeling.! I hate it. It scares me espically when I'm alone

They didn't prescribe anything. You can purchase iron pills over the counter.

Yes, also look at the mg's mines are really low you can get up to 300 I think she said. She also recommended to get stool softner bcuss they will make you constipated which is why I got such a low one.

@leahsky, Well idk what she prescribe me. I have to go pick it up at the pharmacy. But i already take mirlax everyday anyways.
