cervix check today at dr appt 3 cm dilated and that's it baby heart rate 150...took the stairs to my dr appt which is in the 3rd floor parked super far to walk what else do u ladies recommend I do to get this process done

lots of walking and sex, but even then I was 3cm 80?faced for 3 weeks and didnt go into labor until 40+3

What do you do when your husband has no gas to get to his new job tomorrow, no gas to get the baby to his dr appt and he still has the runs 😩

When do you schedule it? Like, when you're in the hospital after she's born? Before?

acrdrgz @taylor.stahr, I didn’t have an episiotomy but I did tear a bit and the stitches definitely hurt
