Anyone suffering badly with spd, hip pain and back pain I would recommend you buy a memory foam mattress topper!! I bought one and used it last night and it has worked absolute wonders!!! Yay!!

Ahh I'm glad @dimps4eva78 it's amazing, I still get hip ache from lying on my side but nothing like the pain I did have!! xxx

Iv suffered badly with it. Physio gave me a tubigrip bandage to wear around my hips and it's like magic!!! Defo get one!!! X

Yh...I bet it doesn't completely go...but if I could ease the pain somewhat I'd be happy. It is currently airing out right now. So I'm looking forward to tonight lol @lauralou1991
