do anyone kno-how long it will take for a name change n how much will it cost? i should've gave my son my last name like i said, so much for being cordial (Shrugs)

go down the the health department & ask them for an app & if there's a fee I'm pretty positive there's no fee to change his name before he turns one

his dad name is not on there, he wanted him-to have his last name tho but now its too much n he dont wanna take claim-so i want my son wit my name @january10th

I believe I heard from someone its around 200. I am not sure don't quote me. You could call City Hall and ask
I changed my 3 year old sons name when he was 3 months old I believe it was free his dad had to pay to get his name on there but just to change his name it was free it took 3 months to get his new birth certificate.
