ignore my super messed up teeth. but I got told by a friend you can use activated charcoal to whiten your teeth. this is after I only used it once. I can see a difference even though it's not a super huge one. I'm gonna do another before and after after a week to see if there are super real results

be careful when you break it open I got it everywhere lol
they come in little capsules like this. you break one open and put it on your tooth brush (have a separate tooth brush) and brush your teeth with it really good. rinse out your mouth then brush your teeth with tooth paste. @alicia91
