so I got my hair done at the Worcester Massachusetts Walmart off of exit 11 on Saturday because my hair was driving me crazy and every other place was already closed. and I must say, I am disappointed in the girls who work there. they were very rude. this disabled girl wanted a hair cut and they made her wait (on purpose) for over an hour and kept talking about her while one of them was working on my hair. when they finally took the girl in, one of the ladies washed her hair and then proceeded to walk back to her station and not even help this girl get up!!! she obviously knew she couldn't get up or walk. I was about to get up to help her but her mother got there faster then I had. then the hairdresser gave the young lady a choppy hair cut. didn't even check to make sure it was level and kept making weird faces at the girl. I am so disappointed in some people's behavior toward others. Worcesters finest! 😡

They definitely don't need a cosmetology license. How in the world did they get hired with poor salon service and management?
I would not have been able to hold my tongue I would have politely told them off and I would have left but not before recommending a more professional establishment.

@kaysunshine please don't. they were all very petty, rude and immature. and I wouldn't wish that horrid experience upon anyone. from now on, I don't care how horrible my hair is, I will wait to get an appointment with someone better at a different place lol

I would report them to Walmart. And not the local Walmart either... I'm talking headquarters. They don't deserve to work in customer service. Their immaturity and ignorance has no place in a business like that.

I just moved to worcester from Brooklyn Ny .. I was at the walmart this weekend.. I'll make sure I never go to this salon! Thats seriously messed up and rude! Wish I was there .. At that moment .. Smh ..

as the manager washed my hair out, she told me "your hair feels like straw." I was so mad, my hair feel nothing like straw. I have true white girl, silky, pin straight, easily oiled, type hair. like what if I was a different race, would she have said the same thing? it was so rude. then after she was done, she asked if I wanted a blow dry, I asked how much it was and she told me 15$. like wth!? I decided to go home and let it air dry
I hope they get punished by their superior for treating clients that way that's no way to run a business

That really is inconsiderate of them. I'm currently a cosmetology student and we even get the meanest clients but I would never do that to anyone. I've gotten told I'm no good, yet by the end of their service they're in love.

Omg I would never do that. I had a few older lady clients who were unable to walk and even pregnant I made sure to help as much as I could. I would never be that hairdresser! I love making people look beautiful!
That would've pissed me off to no end you should contact the business owner and report this there's no way they should be getting away with that
@palmerwifey I know right? I would've complained to the manager but the girl who was doing my hair, was the manager and she was the one who purposely made the girl wait to have her hair done. I was so pissed off 😡
