so I'm 4 weeks post part coming up this Wednesday. . and I had the courage to have sex because I finally stopped bleeding and I was scared but I caved in .. now I'm having contraction like cramping and my lower abdomen is cramping .. is this normal. i shouldve waited till 2 weeks from now :/ the light pinkish bleeding came back

Hello everyone I'm 10 weeks pregnant I'm bleeding I had a ultrasound but I'm just freaking out cause I'm bleeding I have no pain have you guys experience bleeding during pregnancy ??
I just took this one today and It is more visible now I'm sure I am but I will do another one this week... I've been having having so much pressure on my stomach and cramping...
I need SERIOUS advice I'm 3 months pregnant and I'm having period like cramps an I'm bleeding a lot I put on a pad but its not helping what do I do I'm have lower abdominal pain I can't stand up with out it going everywhere is this a sign of a misscariage

So I sadly had a miscarriage on Christmas Day,and I'm still bleeding and having cramps,is it normal to bleed for this long?
