So breastfeeding is great but I'm on day 3 and I'm just in pain. I love doing it but my nipples hurt SO BAD😩😩😩 I've got a nipple shield and nipple cream tho. It won't hurt like this forever right?? Lol

mastitis Is it possible to get it after 5 months of no bf?? I'm in so much pain. My nipple has a huge lump under it and on my agenda it's really red and puffy. My boob hurts all over. My nipple is on fire it feels! I can't wear a bra and it hurts just for my shirt to lay across it. I'm wearing a shirt 2X my size! It's also making my chest feel right like it kinda hurts to breathe! Is it possible mastitis?
Any helpful advice for me to help ease the pain? I'm pregnant and still breastfeeding my 19 month old, but I cry every time because my nipples are hurting so badly, and my daughter wants to be on them 24/7.

@lopez.22, it's more my nipple that hurts cause I'm not used to all the sucking and what not I guess :) @jellybeansmommie that is so relieving to hear cause right now I look at him like he's a little baby shark with razor sharp gums coming for my boobs haha😂 how long did it take to get used to?

Yea even tho hes not eating everything you pump you gotta do it every 2-3 hours so your supply doesn't go down. otherwise slowly it'll start going down. lol girl he just loves his boobies, when he was born I never gave him formula or a bottle so he had no choice but to get it right or not eat lol but I've had practice I breastfed my second baby for 2 weeks then after I pumped for 3 months. @lopez.22

girl you gotta give us some tips I always see pictures of Kaine all over your boobies lol and yes I'm happy that he's at least getting my milk (; but I was sad that he was having trouble the first day or 2 day he was so good then after that he started having trouble :( so then I started giving him formula so I'm doing both

you gotta pump way more than that otherwise your supply is gonna start going down you gotta pump every 2-3 hours. hey at least hes getting the good stuff! doesn't matter how! you can keep trying tho & he'll get it!

i want to breastfeed but is hard for the baby to latch on & it makes me sad that he gets so frustrated and cries a lot :( @january10th

my boobies don't hurt unless its time to pump some milk out that's when I know I have milk again because they get so hard and sore &when; I don't they feel normal lol
