I use sport bras too and haven't had a problem :)

I just wear sports bras and pull it up on whatever side im nursing on. I hate nursing bras

it is way easier but you can use tank tops with the shelf bra built in to keep the pads in place. I can't wear regular bras because I'm big breasted & the wires make me get lumps even the wire breastfeeding bras so it really just depends on you I would suggest just buying one for now & once baby is born use all different types & what ever you like best go with that.

i used sports bras. well i woes sports bras...i never used a nursing bra
