def get both, i cant use washable, i leak right through them, disposable has a plastic liner, i bought a box of 120 for 14.99 medela, n they work wonders

it also depends on if you leak a lot I do so I can't use the washable ones I have to get disposable ones I've gone thru like 4or 5 boxes of them already I would suggest maybe buying one little box of disposable ones & some washable ones too & see what works better for you

I rather the washable there so much more comfortable and soft to the nipples while I'm at home I do disposable when I go out. 1 box lasted me two weeks so I'm guessing I will go through two boxes in a month...

if u gonna use disposable ones ur gonna go through a lot but there's also washable ones.
