when I had my daughter they kind of got on to me to. the nurse explained they had a woman roll over and smother her baby and the same week a baby that went home died the same way.

it happens. you were exhausted. I use to fall asleep all the time with my babies. it's easy when you nurse. a lot of parents co sleep too but it scares me.

So many parents co sleep with their babies and it ends up completely fine.. Just have to follow certain guidelines. I coslept with my baby for the first two weeks and I was very aware of my position and where she was... I was awake every two hours breastfeeding her anyway. I no longer co sleep cause she actually sleeps better when she isn't laying down flat and my husband and I take shifts now that she takes a bottle.
