how'd you get those

I ordered the pillow, nursing cover and sling. The sling is awful, the pillow is pretty small and the cover is like a stiff piece of material and is almost like an apron. It's free but you have to pay shipping which isn't too cheap. I was debating on getting the car seat cover.
